Choosing a good day to sign a contract

Signing agreements and closing deals favour Earth days, when the tradition holds that the ground is 'settled' and a promise made will hold. Many keep the new-moon and full-moon days for practice rather than binding commitments. In zurkhai, timing an undertaking is a way of aligning it with the month's rhythm: the lunar day, the day's element and animal, the weekday and your own birth-sign all feed into the judgement — which is why two people can be given a different "good day" for the very same task. The reading above uses the day's element; the Zurkhai app adds your personal birth chart for a fuller answer. For a wedding, a long journey or a major move, many people still ask a zurkhai lama in person, who can weigh the full birth chart — year, month, day and hour.
